Premade IPB skins cost anywhere from 20-30 USD, prices on these skins are non-negotiable. You can

Custom IPB Skins
Completely custom IPB skins can range from minimum 200 USD, upwards to several hundred dollars. A price on a skin depends on how much time, and freedom I will be given, and also the complexity of the skin. Please note that not all skin requests will be filled due to artistic differences.
